Ingredients
- 1cup butter2 sticks
- 2cups cane sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2cup cocoa powder
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1tsp Salt
- 1cup FlourI use fresh milled
Recipe Notes
Melt butter. Stir in sugar. Stir in eggs. Add cocoa powder, salt & vanilla & stir. Stir in flour. Bake in a greased 9 X 9 casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Toothpick should not have streaks of batter on it. If the toothpick has a few crumbs on it – that is perfect!
