Everybody Love Foil Packet Potatoes

Rip off a bunch of foil squares (make them big so you can stuff them with plenty of taters).
Next, wash and cut up the potatoes. Then peel and dice the onion. I leave mine in big chunks because I really like onions. Put some potato and onion on each sheet of foil. Add a teaspoon of bacon grease and a tablespoon of butter to each veggie pile. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
Wrap the foil packets up tightly. Now cook them any way you want – on the grill or in the oven.
375 degrees for 30-40 minutes should do the trick. Stab a potato with a fork to check for doneness.
