Peel and cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes.  Place in large pot and cover with water.  Boil on stovetop until fork tender.  Strain off water.  Add butter & Mix with electric mixer.  Add cream & mix.  Add salt & pepper to taste.  Dot top with butter.  Serve warm.
