Avocado Toast
This avocado toast is supreme.

First, slice 2 pieces of bread and shove them in the toaster.
Next, remove the insides from a ripe avocado. Squeeze the juice from 1/2 of a tiny lime onto the avocado slices. If your lime is big, don’t use all the juice from 1 half. Add a heaping tablespoon of spicy salsa (I’m using homemade). Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (this will be spicy – just use a pinch of cayenne if you want it milder). Mash it all together with a fork.
Set the 2 pieces of toast on a plate and smear the avocado all over them.
Heat up a skillet and put a dollop of lard (or bacon grease or butter) into the pan & fry an egg over easy.
Top the toast with the fried egg and sprinkle a little more cayenne pepper and salt on top.
